Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee my visa?
No, and nobody honestly can. Visa decisions are made by the government of the country you are travelling to. We make sure your application is complete, correct and genuine, which gives it the best chance.
How much do your services cost?
It depends on the service and the destination. We explain all costs clearly before you decide. For Canadian study permits, we never charge students for study permit assistance.
Do I need to visit the office?
You can start by WhatsApp or phone. When it is time to prepare documents, you can visit whichever office is closer: Valvettithurai or Wattala.
Is the KKS – Nagapattinam ferry running?
Ferry schedules change with the season and the operator. Please call +94 77 950 1823 to confirm current sailings before you plan your trip.
